The Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Elimination of Consequences of Chornobyl Disaster recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to Clause 110 of the Law "On Fire Safety" (regarding Declaratory Approach)

The bill (Reg. No.8388) permits enterprises that belong to the category of inflammable facilities to start their activity according to the declaratory approach, provided that agreements of voluntary third party liability insurance are concluded. Moreover, the effective Law shall be supplemented with the norm, whereby license issue depends on the conclusion of the bodies in charge of state fire supervision or certified business entities further to the assessment of fire-fighting conditions.
